Self-Care: What does it really mean?

We all need to start taking care of ourselves; filling our cups so that we can show up better for our family, our friends and our jobs. If you can find ten minutes out of your daily routine to do something for YOU, you won't feel as empty and drained at the end of the week. This week we dive into what self-care truly means, and different ways we can implement it into our daily routine.
